Choose 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or a Whole Beef. You can also pick just certain cuts.
We will request a deposit of 25% of the purchase price.
After we receive your deposit, we will reserve your beef and finish raising it for you.

Processing and Delivery

Once the steer is ready, we will have your beef professionally processed and dry-aged at a processing facility.
We will send you an email invoice to collect the final payment.
We will arrange delivery to your door with dry ice and insulation to keep it frozen.

Freezer Space Required

Freezer Space Required

A Whole Beef will require approx. 14 - 16 cubic ft. of freezer space.
A Half Beef Share will require approx. 7 - 8 cubic ft. of freezer space.
A 1/4 Beef Share will require approx. 3.5 - 4 cubic ft. of freezer space.
An 1/8 Beef Share will require approximately 1.5 - 2 cubic ft. of space. It will fit in your regular freezer compartment with plenty of extra space. No chest freezer needed.
